Chantelle Marie – Editor
Chantelle is a minister’s wife and work-at home mum. While being Australian born and bred, Chantelle now lives in Buckeye, Arizona. Chantelle spends the vast majority of her days painting and keeping tiny humans alive – and is a firm believer in the fact that coffee and Jesus are the solutions to every problem.
So far Chantelle and her husband have travelled and spoken in Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Australia, and the United States. She has also spent time as a long-term missionary in South East Asia, where she attended and graduated from Four Seas College of Bible and Missions (2015).
In the past her writing has been published in Focus Magazine and Virtuous Magazine, and featured on the blog Come Fill Your Cup. She also speaks at ladies’ days and has done some guest podcasting on the Light Network

WHAT WE BELIEVE IN
- God is Creator and Sustainer of all.

Very nice to meet you Chantelle! I struggle with many of the same things you do- obessively focusing on one priority over another, and also depression. But God’s grace is stable even when I am not- what would we do without the security we have in Christ? Even when I am off balance, I can hide in the shadow of His wing and be grounded again!
I am really looking forward to exploring your blog.

Visiting from CWBU. What a great word! Absolute truth! As I was reading, I was reminded of poor Peter — so strong and so certain of his passion and love for Christ. And yet, when it mattered most, he found himself abandoning ad denying Him not once – not twice – but three times in a row! It’s tempting to read that story and think, “How could he have done that!? I never would have denied Jesus like that!” Ahhh … and there is the snare! Peter was prideful too – certain of his faith and comfortable with where his relationship with Jesus stood. But when he was put to the test, he failed. Why? Because he trusted in his own strength and was fixed too much on the circumstances around him. I’m certain that most of us would fail the same test. That’s why Jesus made a POINT to continually remind people about the great cost of following Him. That’s also the reason the “prosperity gospel” is so very dangerous. Following Jesus will have countless blessings — but it will also result in struggle, temptation, heartache, and trials of every kind. Following Jesus will mean that we will have to continually abandon selfish and sinful desires, and surrender to the Holy Spirit and God’s will. It will mean that we will have to life a life that the world will look down upon — that is hard at every turn — that will seem “unfair.” But when we learn to live in complete surrender to Him, we open our hearts to His nature and find peace and joy this world could never give! And in turn, our lives become a testimony to people who are searching for more than this world is giving to them. Wonderful, wonderful post! Happy to connect with you!
